Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 3 tbsp mustard, hot
- 4 tbsp vinegar (tarragon vinegar)
- 250 ml olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
- 1 tbsp basil, fresh/chopped
- 1 tbsp marjoram, shredded
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Whisk the mustard, vinegar, and oil until smooth. Peel the garlic cloves and press them into the marinade. Season with paprika and herbs. The meat should marinate for at least 6-8 hours.
