made quickly

Make a roux from butter and flour and deglaze with a mixture of broth and milk. Simmer for about 5-10 minutes while stirring to remove the flour flavor. Thin with milk, if desired, until the desired consistency is reached. Stir in the grainy mustard and cream cheese. Season to taste with salt, pepper, nutmeg, and agave syrup. This sauce is delicious not only with the well-known mustard eggs, but also with grilled meat.
