Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g turkey, chicken or pork, shredded
  • 500 ml meat broth
  • 150 ml cream or milk
  • 4 onions
  • 1 can mushrooms, drained
  • 3 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • oil
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

It’s quick and always tastes good

Sear the meat in hot fat and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Add the onions and mushrooms and fry briefly. Dust everything with flour, stir through, and deglaze with stock and cream or milk. Cover and simmer the meat over low heat for about 20 minutes – the meat should be nice and tender. Season with mustard, adding more seasoning if desired. Serve with tagliatelle, rice, baguette, or mashed potatoes, depending on your taste.
