Ham and mushroom sauce with pasta

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 250 ml cream or Cremefine
  • 150 g cooked ham
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • salt and pepper
  • Clarified butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Dice the onion and fry in a little clarified butter. Slice the ham and mushrooms, add them, and sauté. Season with salt and pepper, stir in the cream, and bring to a boil briefly, stirring occasionally. Season again before serving. Serve with pasta.
