Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 450 g flour
  • 270 g butter
  • 120 g sugar
  • Jelly (blackcurrant jelly)
  • e.g. vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Make a dough from the three dough ingredients. Chill for about 1/2 hour. Roll out the dough in portions and cut out small round cookies. Cut small holes in half of the cookies with a thimble and chill again until ready to bake. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 10 minutes until light golden. While still hot, stick the different halves together with blackcurrant jelly. Then coat in vanilla sugar.
