Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 700 g smoked pork, diced
- 500 g tagliatelle, cooked
- 800 g frozen mixed vegetables
- 60 g herb butter
- 1 pinch of herbal salt
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- 2 cups of sweet cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Sauté the smoked pork in a pan with a little oil. Add mixed vegetables—peas, carrots, broccoli, corn, beans—whatever you have on hand. Sauté the vegetables in the pan with herb butter until al dente. Finally, add the cooked tagliatelle and the sweet cream, and season with herb salt and pepper to taste.
