- 250 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 250 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 65 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- e.g. raisins
- Fat, for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Rhenish pastries
Mix the ingredients into a batter. Do not overheat the oil (in a deep fryer, set it to 160 degrees Celsius) and add the batter one teaspoon at a time. Do not add too many mousses and turn the pastries frequently. They are ready when they are golden brown.
