Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g goulash meat from pork and beef
  • 200 g carrot(s)
  • 300 g celery
  • 200 g potatoes or 150 g soup noodles
  • 2 onions
  • 1 liter vegetable broth or meat broth
  • Herbs of Provence
  • salt and pepper
  • Herbs, frozen (8 herbs)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Own creation

Cut the meat, onions, carrots, and celery into small pieces and sear them together. Pour in the broth and season with salt, pepper, and herbs to taste. Simmer gently for about 1 hour. Add the peeled and diced potatoes about 20 minutes before the end of the cooking time. Add the soup noodles about 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time. Season again before serving.
