Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 6 eggs
- some milk
- n. B. Fondor
- n. B. Pfeffer
- 1 Vienna sausage
- 1 slice(s) raclette cheese
- 1 small onion(s)
- e.g. cocktail tomatoes
- n. B. herbal mixture
- some butter for the pan
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
simply
Dice the sausage, cheese, and onion. Halve the tomatoes. Crack the eggs into a glass or bowl. Add the milk and season with Fondor and pepper. Then add the diced ingredients and herbs to taste and mix everything well with a whisk. Melt the butter in the pan and pour in the mixture. Stir occasionally. Add the tomatoes just before the end, otherwise they will become too soft.
