Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- some garlic
- ½ bread roll, light
- some milk
- 1 tsp mustard, medium hot
- 1 tsp mustard, sweet
- some breadcrumbs
- Butter for the pan
- 1 egg(s)

Easy to prepare!!
First, heat the milk to lukewarm, either in a saucepan or in the microwave. Soak the bread roll in it. Place the minced meat in a bowl, add the egg, spices, and both types of mustard, and mix thoroughly. Squeeze the bread roll, add it to the minced meat mixture, and knead everything thoroughly. The bread roll must be thoroughly mixed in! If the mixture is too moist, add breadcrumbs until it becomes pliable. Then form meatballs as usual and fry in butter over low heat until crispy and cooked through on both sides.
