Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 bananas
- some sugar, brown
- some butter
- 1 cup crème fraîche
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Oven-baked bananas with crème fraîche
Peel the bananas, halve them lengthwise, and place them round-side down in a baking dish. Sprinkle with brown sugar and scatter with butter pieces. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until golden brown. Then enjoy them warm with crème fraîche!
