Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Fish fillet white
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 0,5 Chopped onion
  • 0,5 Chopped garlic
  • 3 tbsp Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp Aniseed
  • 3 tbsp Chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp Dried tarragon
  • 0,5 tsp Dried thyme
  • 0,5 tsp Lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 Splash Lemon juice
  • 1 shot White wine dry

Instructions
 

  • Sauté the finely chopped onions in a small pan in the olive oil until translucent, briefly sauté the garlic. Turn off the heat. Stir in the breadcrumbs, herbs and lemon zest and knead with the butter. The mass should not be crumbly, if necessary. take a little more butter.
  • Place the fillets in a baking dish, season with salt and pepper. Spread the crumbs on the fillets and press lightly. Pour in some white wine and place in the oven preheated to 200 ° C for about 10 minutes. Finally grill briefly until the crust is golden brown.
  • Take out of the oven, drizzle with lemon juice and enjoy. Enjoy your meal!
