My Lamb’s Lettuce
The perfect my lamb’s lettuce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 150 g Bacon
- 1 tablespoon Butter lard
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 75 ml White vinegar
- 1 a cup Cream
- 1 toe Fresh garlic
- Nutmeg
- Pepper from the grinder
- 1 bag Lamb’S lettuce (Rapunzel)
- Chop the bacon, fry in clarified butter, add the sugar and let it sweat. Add garlic and white vinegar. Add the cream and simmer gently for a few minutes. Season with pepper and nutmeg. Let cool a little and mix with the lamb’s lettuce.
