My Lamb’s Lettuce

The perfect my lamb’s lettuce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 150 g Bacon
  • 1 tablespoon Butter lard
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 75 ml White vinegar
  • 1 a cup Cream
  • 1 toe Fresh garlic
  • Nutmeg
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • 1 bag Lamb’S lettuce (Rapunzel)
  1. Chop the bacon, fry in clarified butter, add the sugar and let it sweat. Add garlic and white vinegar. Add the cream and simmer gently for a few minutes. Season with pepper and nutmeg. Let cool a little and mix with the lamb’s lettuce.
