My pasta salad

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 can of corn
  • 2 bell peppers, diced
  • 125 g bacon, cut into cubes
  • 200 g cheese (e.g. Emmental) cut into cubes
  • 1 jar cucumber(s) , (pickles) in cubes
  • 250 g pasta (bowls, shells)
  • n. B. Remoulade

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Cook pasta according to instructions and let cool. If you’re in a hurry, rinse the hot pasta with cold water until it’s just lukewarm. Dice the bell pepper, bacon, cheese, and cucumber and mix in a large bowl. Then stir in the pasta, corn, and tartar sauce, if desired. Let the pasta salad sit for half an hour.
