  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1,300 ml broth
  • 500 g potatoes
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 2 tbsp, leveled flour
  • n. B. sausages
  • salt and pepper
  • n. B. savory

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Cut the trimmed and washed beans into pieces and dice the peeled potatoes. Bring the broth to a boil, add the potatoes, beans, and savory, and simmer for about 25 minutes. Combine the sour cream with about 2 tablespoons of flour and stir into the soup. Season with salt and pepper. Heat the sausages in the soup—I cut them into pieces first. Serve sprinkled with parsley.
