Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 40 g butter
- 40 g flour
- 500 ml milk
- 1 cube of stock
- some oil
- 500 g minced meat
- 1 can of tomatoes, chopped
- some salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- some lasagna sheets
- 125 g cheese
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
with béchamel sauce
For the béchamel sauce, melt the butter in a saucepan and stir in the flour. Briefly remove the pan from the heat and stir in the milk. Add the stock cube and bring to a boil while stirring. Brown the minced meat in oil and add the tomato pieces. Season with salt, pepper, mustard, and garlic. Season to taste. In a greased baking dish, place a layer of minced meat, then cover with about 1/3 of the béchamel sauce, then add the lasagna sheets. Repeat this process until you have 3 layers. Finish with the minced meat and béchamel sauce. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 200°C for about 25 minutes.
