Ingredients for 1 servings:
- ½ celery root
- 2 apples
- 3 tbsp dried cherries, coarsely chopped
- 3 tbsp pecans, coarsely chopped
- 300 g yogurt
- 100 ml orange juice, freshly squeezed
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 15 minutes
a lighter version of the classic
Combine yogurt and orange juice and season with salt. Coarsely grate the celery and apples and immediately mix with the yogurt mixture. Fold in the cherries and nuts, let stand for 2-3 hours, season again, and serve.
