Napkin Dumplings Differently – Bread Dumplings

  • 8 Bun old

  • 100 g Skinny meat or cubes of ham
  • 1 Onion
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 2 Eßl. Potato flour

  1. Dice the rolls, soak half of them with the egg and milk mixture. Sear the bacon then add the onion cubes then add the other half of the bread cubes and fry until golden yellow. Then add these cubes to the soaked mass. Add 2 tablespoons of potato flour or mondamine, add salt, pepper and nutmeg, season to taste – finally add the parsley and stir well. Put the mixture in a greased muffin tin. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30-35 minutes.
