Ingredients

For breading

  • 1 piece Red peppers
  • 1 piece Yellow peppers
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 1 piece Carrot
  • 1 piece Ginger powder
  • 1 piece Coriander powder
  • 1 piece Granulated broth
  • 1 Cup Breadcrumbs
  • 3 piece Eggs

Instructions

  • First, boil the rice with the broth (reduce 300 grams of rice with 600 ml of broth) and let it cool.
  • Peel the peppers, onions and carrots and chop in a food processor. Then sauté the vegetables in a saucepan with a little oil, the ginger and the coriander and add them to the rice.
  • Now form small thalers and freeze. It is advisable to place baking paper between the individual talers so that they do not stick to each other.
  • When the "pucks" are frozen, you can bread them. To do this, it is sufficient to dip the patties in egg and cover with breadcrumbs (press down well). Then freeze again until seared.
  • PS. I formed the thalers with the help of three misused yogurt cups (see pictures) Cut out the bottom of one of them (leave a small edge), then cut out the bottom of the next one, the rest can be removed, the third one could stay completely, this only serves as a stamp 🙂
