Natalia's Cookies

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g butter or margarine, soft
  • 200 g sugar
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 325 g flour
  • 160 g sour cream
  • 100 g whipped cream, chilled
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 pack of cream stiffener, if necessary
  • possibly chocolate for the glaze

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 35 minutes

Combine all the ingredients for the dough (butter to flour) and mix to a smooth dough. Roll out to a thickness of about 4-5 mm and cut out shapes (in pairs). Bake at medium heat for about 10-15 minutes and let cool. The cookies should be light golden brown and still soft when removed from the oven. Whip the cream made from 160 g sour cream, heavy cream, icing sugar, and cream stiffener (it should be firm) and let cool. Then fill the cookies with the cream, i.e. place one cookie at the bottom, then a spoonful of cream on top, about 5 mm high and leaving a 5-10 mm edge. Then place the second cookie on top as a lid. Press the cookies together lightly until the cream is almost at the edge. If desired, pour over semi-sweet chocolate and decorate. Store the cookies in a cool, dry place (in a tin). They taste best after 1-2 days.
