Natural Chops with Lots of Garlic

Ingredients
 

  • 4 Pc. Pork chops
  • 8 Toes Fresh garlic
  • Oil or lard to fry.
  • Salt, pepper, chilli from the mill
  • Beef soup from reserve, possibly white wine

Instructions
 

  • Season the chops on both sides and fry in hot oil for 8 minutes on each side. Take out of the pan and keep warm.
  • Peel the garlic and cut into leaves. Briefly fry the garlic in the pan and deglaze with beef soup. Put the chops back into the sauce and cover and let simmer for about 20 minutes. If necessary, add water or beef soup. You can also add a sip of white wine to the sauce.
  • Side dishes: rice, pasta or fried potatoes as everyone wants. Enjoy the meal.
