  • 40 dkg. Turkey meat
  • 1 piece Paprika
  • 5 piece Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 bullet Buffalo mozzarella
  • 150 g Sheep cheese
  • 1 piece Chopped onion
  • Fresh parsley
  • Salt, pepper, chilli from the mill
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 2 Toes Chopped garlic
  • Vegetable broth
  • 1 a cup Creme fraiche Cheese
  1. Rinse the turkey meat, remove the tendons and cut into small pieces.
  2. Peel and chop the onion.
  3. Roast the meat in a little butter, add the onion a little later and roast with it. Now peel the garlic, chop it up and add to the mixture.
  4. Cut the bell peppers and tomatoes into small pieces and add to the meat. Deglaze with a little vegetable stock. Season to taste with chilli, salt and pepper and cover and let simmer for approx. 10 minutes. There shouldn’t be much fluid left.
  5. Now add the creme fraiche and the chopped parsley. Stir and let cool.
  6. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Take the strudel dough out of the pack and place on top. Cover with the cooled mass.
  7. Cut the mozzarella and place on a strudel. Cut the sheep cheese and place on the second strudel. Now fold the dough into a roll (like strudel).
  8. Now place the strudel on a tray lined with wrapping paper and brush with a little water. You can also use some butter. Switch the oven to circulating air and let the two strudel bake brown at 160 degrees. (approx .: 25-30 minutes)
  9. Take the finished strudel out of the tube and cut into portions. A leaf salad goes best with it. Enjoy the meal.
