Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 nectarines
  • 1 kiwi(s)
  • 2 tbsp glucose
  • 200 ml kefir
  • 100 ml tea, green

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Fat burner

First, prepare the green tea and let it steep for 3 minutes. Wash the fruit and peel it if necessary. The nectarine doesn’t need to be peeled, but if you don’t like the skin, you should do so and, of course, remove the stones. Chop the fruit into small pieces and place it in a tall container. Add the sugar and kefir. Add the cooled tea and blend everything vigorously with a hand blender. Divide between 2 large glasses and enjoy!
