Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 3 nectarines, very ripe
- 500 ml milk
- 2 tbsp low-fat curd cheese
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 6 ice cubes
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
The nectarines should be very ripe, ideally already soft. Pit the nectarines, puree them with the skin and milk in a blender. Then add the low-fat quark and blend briefly. Add 1-3 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice, depending on your taste. Then chill in the refrigerator. Divide between glasses and add 3 large ice cubes to each glass.
