  • 500 g nettles, young leaves
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 3 eggs
  • 250 g sour cream
  • 300 g potatoes, cooked
  • 150 g cheese, diced
  • salt and pepper
  • Butter / Oil

(Nettle gratin)

Blanch the picked nettle leaves in boiling salted water for a few seconds. Chop finely. Sauté the onion and garlic until translucent, briefly stir in the nettle, and season with salt and pepper. Butter a baking dish and line it with half of the thinly sliced ​​potatoes. Pour the nettle mixture on top and cover with the remaining potatoes. Beat the salted eggs, drizzle with sour cream, and stir in the diced cheese. Pour the mixture over the potato and nettle mixture. Bake at 200°C for about 20-30 minutes.
