Nettle Patties
The perfect nettle patties recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Nettle leaves, cut into strips
- 375 g Potato dumpling from the discounter you trust
- Ras-El-Hanout Spice Mixture Morocco
- Salt
- Garlic from the mill
- Chilli oil for frying
- Put all ingredients in a mixing bowl and knead together. Then shape patties and fry in chili oil. If you want, you can add cheese to the potato dough. Goes very well with Parmesan and Emmental. I always serve a plain tomato sauce with it. Have fun with my wild herb kitchen!
