Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 tbsp syrup (chocolate)
  • 120 ml milk, chilled
  • 175 ml mineral water, chilled
  • Cocoa powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

simple and delicious, but without eggs and cream – so also low in calories

Carefully pour the chocolate syrup into a tall glass. Pour the chilled milk over the syrup. Scoop up the foam and then pour in the sparkling water. Sprinkle with cocoa powder and serve. Stir thoroughly before serving.
