Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 cup(s) water, cold
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup oat flakes, wholegrain
- 3 cups raisins
- 1 apple, finely chopped
- lots of cinnamon
- some salt
- Sugar, brown as needed
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Combine the milk, water, and oatmeal in a saucepan and gently bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer until the mixture reaches a porridge consistency. Sprinkle with sugar, if desired, and serve.
