Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 ml soy milk (soy drink)
- 90 g sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of vanilla pulp
- 1 tsp guar gum
- 8 g matcha powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Blend all ingredients thoroughly in a blender. Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker and freeze. I experimented a lot and wanted a less creamy ice cream. Therefore, I didn’t want to use cream. I think soy milk pairs very well with matcha. I think it’s so delicious!
