Nicis mozzarella salad with pimpernelle dressing

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 cucumbers, peeled and sliced
  • 2 mozzarella, sliced
  • 2 onions, diced
  • 4 tbsp vinegar, variety to taste
  • 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 bunch of burnet, chopped
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mozzarella, cucumber, tomato and onion with a delicious dressing

Arrange the tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, and mozzarella on plates. Combine the dressing ingredients and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and serve immediately. Garnish with pimpernel.
