Chocolate iced coffee with rum

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g ice cream, chocolate
  • 300 ml coffee, strong, boiled, well chilled
  • 200 ml brown rum
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • ice cubes

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine the chocolate ice cream, coffee, and rum in a blender and blend briefly. Add a tablespoon of sugar, or more to taste, and blend briefly again. Pour into glasses, add two or three ice cubes, and serve immediately with a straw. You can increase the amount of rum to 250 ml, if you like. Depending on the size of the glasses, this will yield 4-6.
