Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g rice (sushi rice)
  • 175 ml water
  • 1 salmon fillet(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Rice sushi with fish

Cook 100g of rice in 175ml of water for about 5 minutes. Then steam for about 15 minutes, until the water evaporates. Meanwhile, fry the salmon fillet in a pan. Then place the rice in the sushi mold and press it out. Finally, cut the salmon to the size of the rice pieces and place it on top.
