Nina's tuna salad

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 250 g wild herbs
  • 500 g cherry tomatoes
  • 2 packs of feta cheese
  • 2 cans of tuna in its own juice
  • 80 g Parmesan, grated
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • some salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds, as desired

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with wild cabbage salad

Wash and dry the wild herbs and place them in a large salad bowl. Wash and quarter the tomatoes and add them as well. Dice the feta cheese. Finely dice the onion and add it to the bowl. Add the tuna with its juice and the Parmesan cheese. Now add the oil, salt, and pepper to the salad. If you like, add 1 tablespoon of chia seeds. Mix everything well. A yogurt and herb dressing also goes well with this.
