No-bake eggnog cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 600 ml whipped cream
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 12 tbsp eggnog
  • 1 pack of ladyfingers
  • 1 cup of strong (cold) coffee

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 20 minutes

In the style of a tiramisu

Whip the cream with the sugar and egg liqueur in a bowl until stiff peaks form. Dip the sponge fingers into the coffee and line the bottom of a springform pan with them. Spread half of the cream on top. Spread another layer of soaked sponge fingers on top and cover with more cream. Refrigerate the cake overnight.
