No-bake Peanut Butter Tart

The perfect no-bake peanut butter tart recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 280 g Shortbread
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 200 g Liquid butter
  • 0,75 Glass Peanut butter
  • 110 g Cream cheese
  • 220 g Whipped cream
  • 1 Cup Powdered sugar
  1. Finely crumble the shortbread biscuits and mix well with the sugar and melted butter. Pour the mixture into a small tart pan and press it firmly on the base and edge. Place in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
  2. Put the peanut butter, cream cheese, whipped cream and powdered sugar in a mixing bowl and whisk until creamy.
  3. Take the biscuit base out of the refrigerator and spread the peanut buttercream on top and smooth it out. Put the finished tart in the refrigerator again for 1-2 hours until the cream is firm. Serve with whipped cream.
