Non-alcoholic eggnog

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 50 g sugar, brown or white
  • 50 g white chocolate
  • 1 vanilla pod(s)
  • 200 ml milk
  • 200 ml cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

First, melt the white chocolate in a double boiler. Whisk the egg yolks and egg whites together until frothy. Whisk the cream until smooth; it doesn’t need to be stiff. Combine the cream with the eggs. Scrape out the vanilla pod and add the seeds. Stir in the maple syrup and sugar. Now add the milk and finally the white chocolate. You can, of course, mix everything together at once, but it’s easier this way. Best enjoyed cold and, above all, eat quickly because of the raw eggs.
