Non-alcoholic Mulled Wine, Praline and Sour Cream Ice Cream

The perfect non-alcoholic mulled wine, praline and sour cream ice cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Non-alcoholic mulled wine

  • 0,5 liter Alcohol-Free red wine
  • 0,5 liter Red grape juice
  • 400 Milliliters Orange juice
  • 1 piece Orange untreated
  • 1 piece Lemon untreated
  • 1 pole Cinnamon
  • 6 piece Cloves
  • 4 piece Star anise

Chocolate ice cream

  • 0,5 liter Cream
  • 20 g Sugar
  • 1 piece Vanilla stalk
  • 2 piece Egg yolk
  • 150 g Dark chocolate
  • 50 g Nougat
  • 1 Splash Rum
  • 1 Splash Cognac

Lime and sour cream ice cream

  • 300 g Sour cream
  • 100 g Powdered sugar
  • 3 piece Limes

Non-alcoholic mulled wine

  1. Heat red wine, grape juice, orange juice and lemon juice with the spices (do not boil) and place on the warmer.
  2. Cut one orange and one lemon each and add to the wine

Chocolate ice cream

  1. Bring the cream with the scraped out vanilla pod and sugar to the boil and thicken with the egg yolk. Then stir in the dark chocolate and nougat.
  2. Season with rum and cognac. When the mixture has cooled down, place in an ice cream maker and freeze until it becomes creamy.

Lime and sour cream ice cream

  1. Mix the sour cream with the powdered sugar well, then add the juice and zest. Freeze until creamy in an ice cream maker.
  2. If you like, you can refine the ice cream with fried almonds or pieces of gingerbread.
