Ingredients

  • 0,7 L Red multivitain juice also works with cherry juice
  • 0,2 L Black tea
  • 3 Star anise
  • 3 Cinnamon sticks
  • 1 Lemon
  • 4 Clementines, an orange would go too
  • 2 tsp Brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Cardamom, but speculoos can also be used if necessary
  • 40 g Marzipan raw mass

Instructions

  • Wash the lemon and cut into slices, wash the clementines as well Cut 3 of the clementines into slices, squeeze one and add to the fruit juice. Heat the fruit juice with the fruit and spices, do not let it boil.
  • Make a cup of black tea
  • Remove the fruit juice from the stove. Add the hot tea with the sugar and the marzipan mixture to the fruit juice mixture. If you don't like that with the marzipan then you can leave it out with a clear conscience. Put everything in a pot, done.
  • You can let it steep and slowly heat it up again, but you can also drink it right away.
