Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g fusilli, without egg
- 300 g green beans, frozen
- 1 tbsp sesame oil or rapeseed oil
- 50 g onion(s)
- 50 g peanuts, roasted, salted
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 200 g chili sauce, sweet and hot
- 1 tbsp, heaped parsley
- salt and pepper

vegan, easy, quick to make
Toast the sesame seeds in a dry pan until light brown and set aside. Slice the onion into thin strips. Finely chop the peanuts. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions, drain, and set aside. While the noodles are cooking, heat the oil, fry the onion strips, add the beans, and season lightly. Add a small splash of water and cook for about 10-12 minutes. After five minutes, add the chopped peanuts and continue cooking. The liquid should have evaporated by the end of the cooking time. Pour the noodles and beans together and mix with the chili sauce. Season to taste and reheat. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and parsley to serve.
