Whole wheat spaghetti with pea and basil pesto

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g peas, frozen
  • ½ bunch basil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 250 g spaghetti, whole grain, vegan
  • salt water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

vegan, oil-free

Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to the package instructions. Drain and let it drain. Bring the peas to a boil briefly, rinse with cold water, and blend with the remaining ingredients in a blender or with an immersion blender until pureed. Season to taste. Serve the spaghetti with the pea pesto.
