Noodle and chicken stir-fry

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g pasta
  • 300 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 250 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 125g mozzarella
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, slice the spring onions into rings, quarter the tomatoes, and finely chop the mozzarella. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and brown in the pan. Add the spring onions and cook briefly. Drain the pasta and add it to the pan. Stir in the tomatoes and then the mozzarella. Once the cheese has melted, remove the pan from the heat and serve the pasta immediately.
