Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g chicken breast
- 250 g pasta
- 200 g spinach
- Cheese, grated
- salt and pepper
- basil
- 400 g cream
- butter
- vegetable broth
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Add butter to a wok or frying pan, slice the chicken breast into strips, season with pepper, salt, and basil, and sear on both sides. Meanwhile, cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Add the cream and spinach to the meat, a little vegetable stock, and simmer briefly. Add a little cheese, stirring constantly to prevent it from clumping. Then, just cook, adjust seasoning if desired, and serve with the noodles.
