Mushroom, Garlic and Rice Noodle Pan
The perfect mushroom, garlic and rice noodle pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 150 g Kritharki rice noodles
- 400 g Mushrooms brown
- 1 Onion
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 125 g Cubes of raw ham
- 100 g Cream cheese with herbs
- 4 Tomatoes dried in oil
- 200 ml Whipped cream
- Salt
- Pepper
- Cook the rice noodles according to the instructions on the packet, drain and set aside.
- Clean the mushrooms, cut them into slices and fry them in a pan with hot oil.
- Drain the tomatoes on a piece of kitchen towel, chop them up and add them to the pan
- Peel the onion and garlic, cut into small cubes and add to the mushrooms with the ham – steam everything.
- Now stir in the cream cheese and pour in the cream and let everything boil down a little and finally mix in the rice noodles.
