Noodle and shrimp salad

Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 1 honeydew melon(s)
  • 1 avocado(s)
  • 200 g celery
  • 250 g pasta (horn pasta)
  • salt water
  • 200 g shrimp(s) (frozen)
  • 1 pack of dill (frozen)
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise (50% fat)
  • 150 g yogurt (full-fat yogurt)
  • 1 tbsp cream
  • salt and pepper
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 40 minutes

First, boil the pasta in salted water until al dente. Thaw and drain the shrimp and drizzle with lemon juice. Cut the peeled avocado into small cubes and drizzle with lemon juice. Then dice the honeydew melon and chop the celery (both into bite-sized pieces). In a large enough bowl, combine the mayonnaise, yogurt, cream, and dill and season with salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper. Now fold in the cooled pasta, melon, avocado, and celery. Refrigerate the salad before serving. This salad is sure to be a hit at any party or buffet.
