Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 160 g pasta, short (fork spaghetti)
- salt water
- 400 bunch celery
- 2 cups of yogurt
- 1 tbsp herbs for garnishing
- 1 lemon(s), the juice
- 2 tbsp oil
- salt and pepper
- 400 g North Sea crabs
Instructions
Working time approx. 12 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
I made it often during my diet change and in the summer I really enjoy eating this low-calorie salad.
Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Briefly blanch the celery and finely chop. Mix together the yogurt, herbs, lemon juice, and oil and season with salt and pepper. Mix the pasta, celery, and prawns together and pour the salad dressing over the pasta.
