Noodle and Vegetable Soup

The perfect noodle and vegetable soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 ml Vegetable broth
  • 200 g Frozen soup vegetables
  • 75 g Gemelli
  • 75 g Dried thyme
  • 75 g Salt and pepper
  1. Heat the broth in a large saucepan. Then add the frozen vegetables and pasta and simmer for about 10 minutes. Then season with thyme, salt and pepper and serve.
