Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 250 g pasta, spiral pasta (amount as required)
  • 1 ring/s meat sausage, or 2 tied meat sausages
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 3 bell peppers, colored
  • Flour
  • Tomato paste
  • 175 ml vegetable stock
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • 1 tsp, heaped herb mixture, dried
  • some salt
  • some pepper
  • some oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the spiral noodles in advance and set aside. Dice the onions and fry in oil until translucent. Peel the sausage, halve lengthwise, slice, add, and fry until crispy. Add the diced bell peppers to the pan and fry briefly. Then dust with flour (everything should be lightly coated), add about 4-6 tablespoons of tomato paste (amount to taste), and mix well. Deglaze with vegetable stock and stir well. Season with paprika, salad herbs, salt, and pepper. Add the pasta and cook briefly again.
