Noodle soup with dumplings

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 small zucchini, diced
  • 1 carrot(s), diced
  • some cauliflower florets
  • 350 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 veal sausage, fine, uncooked
  • 25 g soup noodles (e.g. letters)
  • Salt
  • some basil for garnishing

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Bring the vegetable broth to a boil in a saucepan and add the vegetables. Form small sausage dumplings and add them to the broth. Simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes. Bring a second pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta. Drain and rinse. Add the pasta to the vegetables, arrange on a plate, and garnish with basil leaves.
