Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g tagliatelle pasta
  • 500 g minced meat, seasoned
  • 6 stalk(s) leeks
  • Margarine or butter for frying
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente. Meanwhile, thinly slice the leek and fry the minced meat until crumbly. Add the leek to the minced meat and fry for about 15 minutes, not overheating. Finally, add the pasta and season with salt and pepper.
