Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 2 liters of water
  • 1 bunch of soup vegetables or 250 g carrots, 1 leek, 1 piece of celeriac
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 250 g soup noodles (we used tagliatelle)
  • salt and pepper
  • savory, optional
  • Parsley (included in the soup vegetables)
  • butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Own creation

Rinse the chicken breast fillet with cold water. Add it to boiling salted water and simmer for about 30 minutes. Then remove it. In the meantime, clean, wash, and chop the vegetables. Lightly roast the vegetables in a hot pan with a little butter. Dice the meat. Add the vegetables to the broth and simmer gently for about 10 minutes. Then add the pasta and cook for another 8-10 minutes (according to the package instructions). Add the fillet cubes halfway through the pasta cooking time. Season the soup pot with salt, pepper, and savory, if desired, and sprinkle with chopped, washed parsley.
